Ashrafi Food Industries is a subsidiary of Abdullah (Pvt.) Ltd., a joint family group involved in flour milling since 1961. The group, based in Karachi-Pakistan, currently comprises of a rice processing mill, four flour mills, three bread manufacturing facilities, spice grinding and packaging facility and over 200,000 square yards of commercial property rented to small and medium enterprises.
As a market-led brand, our focus is on new product development and trends. As a result, we have invested heavily in infrastructure and R&D to develop new products and optimize the current range to satisfy changing trends in the foodservice market.

Our Samosas are stuffed with deliciously spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils and also with ground Soy meat (lamb, beef or chicken flavor). They are soft, elastic, easily separated; maintain their stiffness longer and vacuum packed. We produced this delicious pastry on fully automatic machines which ensure total hygiene and cleanliness.

Paratha has been a part of sub-continental cuisine since time immemorial. Paratha can be taken with all sort of curries, chutneys and pickles. Ashrafi Classic Parathas are made with margarine instead of oil to cater to the traditional taste.

The stuffed parathas are filling with vegetables, especially boiled potatoes, onion, fenugreek (Methi) and mix vegetable. Parathas (non-stuffed) also have discernible soft layers if one “opens” the crispier shell layers. We also supply Paratha for institutional Sale, Airline Catering, Hotel Catering etc.
